The 1200 Degree Dual Station Car Bottom Furnace, Material Loading Capacity 10 Ton is designed for heat treatment, annealing, normalizing, and stress-relieving applications. Operators place steel parts, castings or forgings on a wheeled platform that rolls in plus out of the chamber. Electric resistance elements around the walls supply heat for annealing, normalising, stress relieving and similar thermal cycles. Two independent stations let one load enter while the previous load cools outside - heavy work flows without pause. The refractory lining but also roof keep heat inside, while circulating fans spread temperature evenly through every layer of metal.
